Tomorrow is the start of a 30 day countdown until my 50th bday. In honor of that, I’m starting a 30 day challenge to finish out my 40’s.
- Read 10 pages of a book – professional development only, no cheesy crap here!
- 45 min outdoor walk
- 45 min workout
- Drink 1 gallon of water
- Daily progress picture
- Stick to a healthy nutrition plan with no cheating.
My hardest are for sure going to be 2, 5 and no cheating on 6. Finding time for a 45 min outdoor walk will be challenging given my work schedule and the Florida summer heat. I did the 75 Hard Challenge earlier this year and remembering to take a progress pic was my biggest weakness….other than not drinking wine…or vodka…or beer.
